CARE WITH ADDRESSING ORDERS

THE PB ARTS SHOP will arrange for the products to be sent to the address requested by the customer. Therefore, to ensure that there are no obstacles to the delivery of your order, we ask that you pay attention when filling in the address where you wish to receive your order.

ABSENT RECIPIENT

Make sure there will be someone at the address to receive your products. The Post Office will make three attempts to deliver products. If there is no one at the address to receive the package on any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the Post Office branch closest to the address. In this case, the recipient of the package will need to collect it from the Post Office branch within 7 calendar days. If the recipient of the package does not collect it, according to Post Office rules, the package will be returned to the sender, and a new shipping fee will need to be paid for the product to be sent again.

All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the Post Office where the recipient must pick up their package in the event of absence at the address, are recorded in the order tracking, which can be followed on the Tracking Page, using the tracking code provided.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

PB ARTS SHOP is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete filling of the destination address of orders placed in the store. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, according to the Post Office's rules, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address.

Attention : If delivery is not made due to a discrepancy in the address provided by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund, it will be necessary to pay a new shipping fee (shipping cost + postage fee) to resend the product.

PROCESSING TIME

Once your order has been processed and payment has been received, the next steps are: picking, packing and shipping. This process usually takes about 2-5 business days.

DEADLINE FOR SHIPPING THE PRODUCT AND TRACKING CODE

You will receive the tracking code in the email registered during the purchase within 7 business days after your order has been processed. Tracking updates provided by the logistics company are not updated in the system immediately, so there may be delays in the actual package updates. DELIVERY TIME

The exact delivery time for your region is informed at the time of purchase completion when you enter your zip code. There may be variations in the time depending on the time of year, but normally, the average time for the whole of Brazil is between 7 and 40 business days, varying according to the product and the momentary agility of the post office in each region.

However, adverse factors such as postal strikes, health and humanitarian crises, impossibility of delivery due to climatic factors or risk areas and national holidays, may add a few days to the delivery of the product.

ORIGIN

PB Arts Shop, together with its partners, produces all products on Brazilian soil. The delivery time for some products may vary due to production time (handcrafted processes) and postal variations. CHECK THE DELIVERY TIME BEFORE BUYING!

SHIPPING METHODS

The products sold by PB ARTS SHOP are delivered by Correios or other carriers we work with, however, in some cases such as the recipient being absent, a region with delivery limitations or even an incorrect address, the customer may have to collect the product from the agency closest to their home.

If the address is not filled in correctly, the product may be returned to the sender. Please pay extra attention when filling in the address.

If there is an error when filling in the address and the product cannot be delivered, the customer is responsible.
